Parents, we are sending the list of grade-level physical and medical requirements again for anyone who may need a reminder. Medical requirements are due on the first day of school. If you are unable to schedule an appointment with your doctor before August 20th, you need to contact the student office or the nurse.
If we have requested a Birth Certificate (generally for new Kindergarten students), we will need that copy before the first day of school.
NEW preschool students received a welcome packet email with the program's requirements. ALL INFORMATION FOR PRESCHOOL MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE STUDENTS CAN ATTEND.
Any required documents may be turned in to the Elementary/JH Office at Open House.
