Tutoring begins the week of December 5th for students in 3rd-8th grade. Students are scheduled to attend 3 days a week; some will begin Monday, and some will begin on Tuesday. Tutoring will end for this semester on Thursday, December 20.
Mr. Myers has contacted all of the students on the schedule so far, but details are still being arranged. Some students will still be scheduled over the weekend. ALL of the student families and tutors will be contacted by the ISU Tutoring Initiative prior to December 5.
We are planning to expand tutoring for 6th-8th graders in the second semester, including making adjustments to schedules so that some students may be tutored to increase skills during the regular school day.
Tutoring for high school is tentatively scheduled to begin on January 9, 2023.
In partnership with ISU, Shiloh will be providing FREE basic skills tutoring.
This is not homework help but rather a time to increase skills.
