JH Baseball Uniform turn in

Early Dismissal on Friday, September 26th so families may attend the Tri-County Homecoming parade. Dismissal will be at 2:05.

A beautiful memorial bench has been added to Shiloh’s playground in honor of Mrs. Sharon Pine and Mr. Glen Hawkins. Both touched the lives of so many students and staff, and their memory continues to inspire our school community.

Shiloh will forever be grateful for our strong, loving community and the support that they provided, and will continue to provide, at a moment's notice. Mrs. Nickell is rocking her “World Tour” shirt! Each month of this school year is listed as a tour stop, and she’ll be checking them off one by one. What a creative way to celebrate her last year of teaching music!

I COULD PLAY ALL DAY AT THE PARK! On August 20, PIP hosted a Group Connection at the Newman Park. There were books, bubbles, chalk for drawing on the concrete, and a scavenger hunt activity. In addition, children used their creativity and imagination as they explored the playground during free play. Parents and Grandparents pushed their littles in swings, offered a supportive hand as the children climbed-up slides and followed behind the littlest steps during the scavenger hunt. There was even a tiny, green caterpillar spotted to the delight of everyone. With the cooler temperatures, families really enjoyed spending the morning playing and exploring with their friends and receiving a new book to take home.

Congratulations to Shiloh Junior High for starting the year strong with perfect attendance during the first week of school! What an awesome way to kick off the year—keep it up!

The JH Softball game vs Heritage has been rescheduled for Tuesday September 2. The game will be at Shiloh at 4:30pm.

As a follow-up to the emails and calls made yesterday, we would like to remind everyone that tomorrow, Friday, will be an early dismissal, just as it was on Wednesday and today. Next week, we will return to a regular schedule of 3:05 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 2:05 on Wednesday. This year, we will be dismissing at 2:05 p.m. again every Wednesday.
