There will be an open gym for Tri County High School Girls Basketball on Thursday May 29. The open gym will be at Kansas from 5-6 pm. A parent meeting will follow at 6 pm

Promoting cognitive development through sensory play, PIP hosted a Group Connection in the PIP Playroom at the Newman Community Center. With totes filled with water, sand, oatmeal, dried corn, and more, children were invited to reach-in and experience new sensations as they searched in the boxes for hidden treasures, raced toy trucks, rolled-out play dough, splashed water, and practiced their scooping and pouring skills. For the craft, little ones had fun painting with hammers and bubble wrap making the bubbles go “pop, pop, pop” with each tap. Families enjoyed their time spent together discovering new ways to play, and each child went home with a new book and a painting to hang on the fridge.
The fifth grade class celebrated reading all their A.R. books this quarter and completing all their assignments! They ate lunch at Dairy Queen and played at Ervin Park in Tuscola. It was a little cold and rainy, but they had a great time. Tomorrow they will celebrate their last day in elementary school!

We have early 2:05 dismissals for the remainder of the week. Please plan for early pick-ups and bus drop-offs on Wednesday the 21st, Thursday the 22nd, and Friday the 23rd. Friday, the 23rd, is the last day of school for the year. Have a wonderful summer!
Summer Food Program
Shiloh CUSD #1 will be providing free lunches again this summer for children in the Shiloh District. All children 18 years and under are eligible.
