We are having a little glitch with Teacherease Attendance today. Some of you may be getting emails saying your student has an unexcused absence and some of our E-Learners may not be getting the chance to check in for attendance. We are working to fix the problem. Please hang in there with us and feel free to ignore those messages for the next day or two until we get it all lined out.

The summer crew invited Richard (Woody) Wood to visit and celebrate his 80th Birthday! Woody retired from the former Illinois Cereal Mill March 2003 and started working for Shiloh in April. He helped with summer cleaning, sub-janitor, drove students, and took care of almost every evening/weekend event for 17 years. This summer he is retiring from Shiloh, but will still be on the Hume Fire Dept. Heck, he started cleaning the old Hume Grade School when he was 7 years old. His day was custodian there and after morning paper route, Woody went to school to clean boards, and help get the fire going to heat the school. Everyone will miss his smile an kind words at the ballgames, but we all know he will be still be busy working at home!
